I cannot believe the 2018-19 School year is almost over and we have worked very hard at preparing our students through developing new technique.
The end of the year Student Showcases will be on Saturday, June 25th or Sunday, June 26th for Twinkle Bears and Twinkle Stars at ULL School of Music, Angelle Hall. Dress rehearsal is mandatory and will be held all day, the day before on Friday, June 24th your child’s scheduled time will be distributed later.
We will send out additional packets with the ticket information and send tickets information later. Thanks for your patience.
Please note that because this is not our major concert we will not sell Ads or take pictures for the book. We will only have a program book.
At the beginning of this school year we implemented a new auto-pay policy to more effectively handle our classroom scheduling each year. We have found that in order to correctly schedule classes we need to know our student population in advance. We will have registration as follows: 1. Early registration for returning students the Month of May. Registration discount fee $30.00/student 2. Registration for new students beginning June 1-30 to secure a spot in the class Registration fee $30.00/student
Registration after June 30th will be $35/child for everyone. All registration must be completed electronically online through our website at hamiltonacademyofthearts.com
Monthly tuition will increase this year by 20% due to increased cost, however if you sign up for Auto-pay your tuition will remain the same because auto pay reduces our administrative and other cost.
We want to save our customers and operate more effectively and be financially responsible as next season is our Heymann Center Concert and they have once again increased their cost. We can no longer allow customers to be 2 months behind on any payments.
